Mein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt in der Kieler Schmerz Klinik.Ich bin De4nin und 49 Jahre alt. Habe seit mein 11 lebansjehr Migre4ne, und nahm als ich in der Klinik kam seit 6 Jahren keine Medikamente mehr. War in Oktober 2010 in der Kieler Migre4ne Klinik Patientin. Ich habe ffcr diesen Aufenthalt meine Heimat aufgegeben, und muss sagen, das ist die beste Entscheidung das ich je getroffen habe! Als ich in der Klinik rein kam, war ich TOTAL erschf6pft . 4 vollen Tagen in der Wochen ins Bett mit Migre4ne volle 96 Stunden, konnte nichts essen, konnte mich kaum vor Schmerzen bewegen, hatte dauernd eiskalte Ffcsse und habe dauernd gefroren. Nicht nur mit der Migre4ne habe ich geke4mpft, nein der Spannungskopfweh kam ja auch noch dazu, und der war ja fast mein dauerndhafter Begleiter . Ein Jahr bevor ich in der Klinik kam, war ich 9 Jahren krank geschrieben, und ein Jahr davor bekam ich meiner Invalidenrente auf Grund meiner Migre4ne. Ich habe Selbstmord gedanken gehabt, und war psykisch und fysisch am ende, welcher nicht nur ich, aber auch meiner Familie sehr zur spfcren bekam.Der Aufenthalt in der Klinik hat mein Leben gee4ndert!!!Meine Aufenthalt in der Klinik war ffcr 2 Wochen geplannt. Nach einer Woche, bin ich am Wochen-ende nach Hause gefahren, bin dann Sonntagabend wieder zurfcck. Ich hatte zu Hause eine wilde und wunderschf6nen Erlebnis .. Am Abend bin ich auf der Couch mit meinem Mann gesessen und er hat mich gekfcsst wie so oft, aber nein, es war nicht wie so oft . ich habe mit weinen angefangen, er hat mich fragend angeschaut . Ich sagte: Es ist nur freudes Tre4nen . Noch nie hatte ich einen Kuss so intensiv und sensuel erlebt ..Ich war wie neu geboren! Kurz danach wurde es mir bewusst, dass ich dass gleiche empfand, wenn er meine Haut streichelte Stell Euch vor meine Gaumen und Kf6rper war Jahren lang vor Schmerz so verspannt, dass mein Kf6rper nichts mehr empfinden konnte Wau wau wau .. Thanks zu der Kieler Schmerz Klinik! -Und das nur nach einer Woche Aufenthalt!Ich liege nicht mehr 4 Tagen in der Woche ins Bett, vielleicht 2 mal im monat und dann nur zwischen 2-8 Stunden. Die Schmerzen sind absolut nicht die Schmerzen was ich einmal hatte. Ich kann jetzt erholt mit die Schmerzen schlafen (klingt sicher merkwfcrdig, aber davor habe ich beim jeden dreher vor Schmerz schreien kf6nnen), jetzt schlafe ich, aber wache selten mit Schmerzen auf, aber habe gut geschlafen, und sogar ohne kalte Ffcsse . Gehe ab und zu mit die We4rmflasche ins Bett, weil ich das Geffchl habe, das der Blutdruck bei ein Anfall runter geht, und dann hat mann kurz einbisschen kalt . Meistens habe ich jetzt nur Kopfweh zwischen 2 und 8 Stunden, nur wenn ich meiner Regel habe dauert Sie leider 3 Tagen. Jetzt kann ich wenn ich Schmerzen habe, zu Hause einbisschen nebenbei machen, zwar langsam aber ich komme vorran, und man kann sich sogar mit mir unterhalten .Ich muss Leute raten die Dauertraining zu machen und Tai Chi, ich habe leider seit Monate die Motievierung verloren, und das spfcre ich, es macht wirklich ein Sinn in Bewegung zu sein und das Gehirn brauch auch Sauerstof-frische Luft. Bewegung ist gleich weniger Schmerz!Ich bin sehr froh darfcber, dass ich heute meiner Rente bekomme, weil ich die He4lfte von meiner Leben schon ins Bett verbracht habe, und das spfcre ich schon psysich und fysisch, so ich rate alle so schnell wie mf6glich und so jung wie mf6glich in die Klinik zu gehen, we4re ich vor 10 Jahren in die Klinik gekommen, bin ich mir sicher, dass mein Leben heute anders ausgeschaut he4tte!Heute nehme ich nur Topiramat und antidepressive, hf6re Dr.Gf6bel's CD's und lege Eis auf meinem Stirn. und komme gut damit zu recht.Ich habe zwar noch Migre4ne, aber ich kann jetzt besser damit leben, und ich habe ein Teil von meinem Leben zurfcck bekommen, und mehr Lebensqualite4t und ich habe gelernt meiner Familie wieder die Zuneigung zu geben was Sie so viele Jahren vermisst haben , und das macht mir zu ein glfccklicher Mensch!Ich mf6chte gerne das Personal herzlich bedanken ffcr Ihr Mfche Freundlichkeit Ruhe und Gelassenheit. Yet again..another one. Another band I had been wanting to hear. Thank-you. I have grown fond of the Belgian elctreo scene that went on. There was ,definitely, a distinct difference from their country, as compared to the rest of Europe and U.S. You can hear the influences they were haveing on each other, but their own thing they were doing. There are several tghnis hard to believe with this: From 1983? Live? Ripped from a tape? Could be from 2007 recorded with the lastest equipment in excellent sound quality including a very good microphone. And the music is definitely unique and outstanding. Hard to compare with anything. Hey,die Website ist sehr schick, wobei ich mir in Sachen Design ein Update des Banners wfcnsche. Auch ist es mf6glich, dass man bei WordPress oben im Banner versehicdene Bilder zeigt, das regt die Spieler die drauf wollen direkt an und zeigt den Server direkt ne4her. Other's were doing what we were doing -propety finding but we switched it and made it unique. Eh? what am I on about? Well we find homes and land for folk, fine and dandy, but when people started to hear what we did we kept getting them coming to us saying I'm thinking of selling my house would one of your clients be interested? So we started to offer a sell your house for free service which was totally unique in our sector. It steps firmly on the toes of Estate Agents but the more they grumbled about it, the more PR it gives us and the further it spreads our company name ( that bloomin' Homefinder UK are taking all my clients and I can't compete with selling for free and what's worse they're not even an Estate Agent! true comment over heard by a staff member when she was mystery shopping a local Estate Agent!!)So our uniqueness was to do something that no local agents could possible compete with and become known as the brand leader for it! That's what we are doing and we're getting more and more known for it.On a personal note I have quite a unique name, which stands out Freya there's not many of us around so when I go a networking event or introduce myself I'm usually known or heard of, before someone meets me and thanks Goodness it's for the right reasons! But that frankly was more down to luck as I had no say in the choice of my name and had I been a boy I'd have been called Jeffrey (which my kid brother got called ha ha -short straw there eh?!!)In short finding uniqueness can be done and when you do my advice is spin it like heck! Jul09 I just sent a request for freind on my space. That is another ironic thing about my space .that sounds so elementary. It's like saying ..Do you like me Yes____or No______ but according to the content within my myspace site I will utilize the privacy option. However, I removed the restricted privacy this morning .but went ahead and added you simply because I will put it back on at some point. Slows down the proverbial spammers and sexual engineers (politically correct terminology for perverts )..I have managed to get the back ground changed. I have traces of the other profile left that I had edited out side the cookie cutter template I used before. Oh, not to mention removing the big Yellow NCAA highlight box .since the NCAA tourney is over. But now that I have changed the background I can get down to customizing it like I want in the boxes.Actually I am reading some of your tutorials now on the contact box and looking for the extended banner generator thing.Keep a check on it because it usually takes me a few hours to move and copy stuff and fix what I see that needs rearranged. I rearranged it by my standards on the last profile I had it will take me some time to figure out where I hid all the stuff.
